After diving for the line and ending up third in yesterday’s 1500m final, emily_mac7 leaves no room for doubt in the #USATFoutdoor 5000m final, using a 29.27 final 200m to blow away runner-up Shelby Houlihan and claim her first U.S. outdoor title in 14:55.82.

Houlihan ends up second in 14:57.88 as Parker Valby, who led the first 4600 meters, hangs on for third in 15:06.25.
