TRI-ing something new!! Officially signed up for my first ever triathlon in August! It’s a sprit tri which is the perfect way to DIVE in 🏊‍♀️ If anyone has any tri tips please send them my way!! 

I started with a quick swim after work before @socialstridefxbg run club. I swam and ran farther than my race distance, which is exciting. The goal is to try something new and maybe partially avoiding summer runs 😅  what’s nice is swimming and cycling are slightly cooler forms of cardio for the summer 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️

So excited for this journey!
