One of the biggest limiting beliefs keeping people from going Vegan is thinking that you can't be healthy and strong without eating animals. Becoming fit is one of the most powerful ways to break those myths and wake them up to reality. We are walking advertisements for Veganism. If we want this movement to grow, to end animal cruelty and save lives, we need to become the best versions of our selves and represent Veganism for the animals the best that we can.
