BEATING DAVID GOGGINS 24 HOUR PULL-UP RECORD:

We ended up with us getting on the news guys haha. Crazy what you can do with just a wooden 2x4 nailed to a tree, a little discipline, and a dream. Thank you to all of you who followed the whole journey. I included a little bit of the news segment (not the whole thing) in here. 

But hopefully, if you were a person like me who struggled with anrexia, know that there is hope. If I can go from being insanely weak, in hospitals with therapists to beating David Goggins, then you can beat what you got.
