Ranking crusty heel treatments 🦶

Dollar store 10% alpha hydroxy acid: solid for a couple bucks.

The Ordinary glycolic acid 7%: works, a little drying.

40% urea cream: this one actually softens.

But my pick is a DIY 👇
🧴 40% urea cream (85 g)
🥄 1 tsp salicylic acid powder
🥄 1 tsp vitamin E oil

Mix it, slather it on, socks over the top so it doesn’t stain your sheets. Once a day, twice if your heels are really rough.

Give it a week and those cracks are gone.
