I couldn't be more excited to launch a line of merch for my Type 1 Diabetic Athletes ❤️🥎  This is the "T1D Like Me" collection, and it is more than a design—it’s a moment that changed my perspective. After a tough loss, I was frustrated and completely caught up in the result. Then I saw a sign a young fan made that said, “T1D like me.” In that moment, I was reminded that someone in the stands wasn’t focused on the scoreboard. She saw an athlete who wore the same devices, faced some of the same challenges, and made her feel less alone. That sign pulled me out of my disappointment and reminded me that my impact reaches far beyond wins and losses. The "T1D Like Me" shirts represent visibility, connection, and the power of showing someone else that they belong. I used the handwriting from the sign and included a couple of designs using real pictures I have taken with athletes, adding a personal touch.
