#ExpediaAmbassador ✨ Asheville, NC was just named one of the ‘Destinations of the Summer’ in Expedia’s Unpack '26 Summer report, with searches up 80%. So my girlfriend and I went for a weekend to check it out — a queer-friendly, artsy mountain town just an easy drive or short flight from most U.S. cities.

Sometimes the best trips are the ones closest to home, and this was one of the most easygoing, memorable weekends we've had yet.
