Spicy Hugo Margarita
-2 oz. tequila
-1 oz. fresh lime juice
-.75 oz. elderflower liqueur
-2 jalapeño slices
-fresh mint
-prosecco to top off
-jalapeño slice and fresh mint for garnish

Hot Italian Summer Girl Cocktail
-8 oz. bottle Diet Coke (remove 4 oz.)
-1.5 oz. citron vodka
-3/4 oz. lemon juice
-3/4 oz. limoncello
-lemon peel for garnish

Frozen S’mores Espresso Martini
-1.5 oz. marshmallow vodka
-.75 oz. chocolate liqueur
-.5 oz. graham cracker simple syrup
-.5 oz. Baileys
-4-5 small frozen espresso cubes
-3-4 ice cubes
-glass rimmed in chocolate and crushed graham cracker
-torched marshmallow and piece of chocolate for garnish

Mini Boozy Key Lime Pies
* 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
* 6 tbsp melted butter
* 8 oz cream cheese, softened
* ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
* ⅓ cup fresh lime juice
* 2 oz vanilla vodka
* 1 tbsp lime zest
* Whipped cream, for topping
* Lime slices, for garnish

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
3. Press the mixture firmly into a lined muffin tin to form mini pie crusts.
4. Bake for 5–7 minutes, then let the crusts cool completely.
5. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
6. Mix in the sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, vanilla vodka, and lime zest until creamy and fully combined.
7. Divide the filling evenly between the cooled crusts.
8. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until the filling is set.
9. Top with whipped cream and garnish with a lime slice before serving.

Boozy Viral Watermelon Ice Cream
-half of a frozen watermelon
-1/2 cup heavy cream
-2 tsps. granulated sugar
-1/2 oz. coconut rum (or regular white rum)
