Pot Roast! 🥘

This is my go to comfort meal! 🙂‍↕️😋

Pot Roast Recipe:

3lbs. Chuck Roast

1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

1 Tbsp Onion Powder

1 Tbsp Salt

1 Quart Beef Broth

1/2 White Onion

1 packet lipton Beefy Onion Soup Mix

1 Jar heinz Beef Gravy

1.) In a pressure cooker place chuck roast, onion, seasonings, soup mix, and beef broth. Coo for 45min (If using a slow cooker, cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours)

2.) Once finished, remove half of the juices from the pot and add the gravy. Cook again for another 15min. (Cook on high for 1 hour in slow cooker.)

3.) Serve it up with your choice of sides and ENJOY! 😋
