Try this drill to work on a quick release when shooting off the move🔥

Set up 2 cones about 2–3 feet from each other, placed in position to replicate a fade screen or down screen. Shooter must get around the cones with a defender trailing them to contest. Only 1 dribble allowed IF NEEDED! Can you get your shot off in time?
