For one Arizona woman, every rainstorm now means water pouring inside the six-figure luxury SUV she trusted to keep her dry.

The woman says her 2023 Cadillac Escalade leaks every time it rains, with water visibly pouring through the overhead lights and into the interior. Her video documenting the problem has received more than 471,000 views.

She claims Cadillac and General Motors have refused to cover the repair and told her she could be responsible for thousands of dollars out of pocket, with no guarantee the work would permanently stop the leaking.
The problem may not be isolated. GM issued a technical service bulletin in May 2023 acknowledging that certain Escalades may experience water entering through the headliner. One possible cause listed is a kinked sunroof drain hose near the wheel well.

The bulletin provides dealerships with repair instructions, but GM has not issued a recall. Several people responding to the video also claimed their Cadillac or GM vehicles experienced similar leaks.
Motor1 reached out to Cadillac, the Tucson dealership and the owner but had not received a response when its report was published.

Arizona, if you spent six figures on this SUV, would you accept another repair attempt or demand your money back?
