chefvickycheng is doing something incredible in his restaurants. his obsession with dried seafood is second to none, his ingenuity in both blending chinese and french flavors and in creating a modern chinese identity is unrivaled, and his food is some of the tastiest i’ve ever had

at wingrestaurant_hk and vea_hk he shows off his repository of knowledge and we were lucky enough to get a little tour of hong kong while we were there as well ❤️
