The first stop on the Philadelphia food trip is Kalaya, a casual Thai restaurant serving explosions of colour and flavour. The exciting menu is led by chef Chutatip ‘Nok’ Suntaranon whose charisma and imagination elevates the dining experience.

Kalaya featured on the North America’s 50 Best Restaurants 2026 list at No.11 and 50 Best Tastehunter michaelligier went to try the delicious food.
