She's the one who remembers everyone's birthday and wonders, quietly, if anyone would remember hers. The friend people call at 2am. The daughter who checks in first.

I call her the Over-Nurturer. She isn't weak, she's often the most capable woman in the room. But somewhere along the way, her worth got tied to what she gives, not to what she is.
