And somehow, the people who are totally fine with gods, monsters, sirens, and a one-eyed giant are drawing the line at Black people being in a fictional movie.

Representation matters because Black actors deserve to be part of the biggest stories, too. Not just stories about Blackness. Not as a diversity checkbox. Just talented people taking their place on screen.
