As recruitment gets closer, hear from katherinevardaman about what makes Kappa Delta so special and why she can’t wait to welcome home PC ’26💚

“Since the day I pledged KD, I’ve found my very best friends and made more memories than I ever thought possible! Over the past few months, getting to prepare for recruitment alongside some of my best friends, PC ’25, and our entire chapter has been incredibly rewarding, and it’s something I will always cherish. 

One of my favorite things about Kappa Delta is the friendships that extend far beyond your own pledge class. The relationships I’ve built with people from every class have shaped my college experience in ways I never could have imagined, and they’ve shown me what genuine support, encouragement, and lifelong friendship look like.

As recruitment gets closer, my hope is that each of you finds the place where you feel truly loved, supported, and celebrated. For me, that place has always been KD, and I cannot wait to share that with each of you! 

We are so excited to welcome PC ’26 to the lawn so soon, and I can’t wait for you to experience the sisterhood that makes KD so special. As always, MTRCKD!”
