day 2 of being peas’ marketing manager 👸🏼🫛 Sesame crunch salad:  1 cup frozen peas, thawed ½ cup shelled edamame 1 cup shredded chicken ½ cup diced cucumber ¼ cup shredded carrots ¼ cup chopped roasted cashews 2 tbsp chopped cilantro 1 tbsp sesame seeds Dressing:  1 tbsp soy sauce 1½ tsp rice vinegar 1½ tsp lime juice 1½ tsp chili crisp ½ tsp sesame oil ½ tsp honey Whisk the dressing together. Toss with all the salad ingredients and finish with extra cashews, sesame seeds, and chili crisp. #easyrecipes #healthylunches #saladrecipes
