Conor and his family overcame a lot and now they celebrate all the little wins and milestones with extra appreciation. Born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome, he and his family are celebrating a little more this week: Heart Month, Congenital Heart Defect Awareness Week and the anniversary of Conor’s heart transplant.
