Happy National Intern Day to our incredible summer interns! Thank you for all you’ve poured into our church this summer. Meet each of our interns below!
 
Sarah Hoffman 
Sarah is a Frye Farm native and joins us from Liberty University after completing her sophomore year. She is very passionate about worship and interested in continuing to grow her skills in Worship Arts while becoming more familiar with how Worship Arts ministry is done at Charter Oak Church. Her goal is to pursue full-time vocational ministry after college.
 
Troy McClelland 
Troy will be a junior at Seton Hill University this fall. He sensed a call to be a pastor and switched his degree to Religious Studies/Theology. He learned about Charter Oak Church through FCA with Denny Hyland and spent this summer serving as a Campus Pastor Intern with us. His home church is Bridge City. Troy has a passion for athletics and enjoys the outdoors, art, and music.

Aryn Ricketts 
Aryn is completing her freshman year at WCCC, where she is studying Graphic Design. She has already earned several official certifications across various design software platforms. Having previously volunteered in Kids Ministry at the Frye Farm campus, she spent this summer working alongside Bekki Anderson and supporting our Kids Ministry with her creative skills.

Alexis Stough
Alexis recently completed her degree in Early Childhood Education at WCCC and has served in Kids Ministry at the Crossroads campus for many years. She enjoys singing and serves with the worship team and as a music leader during VBS. This summer, Alexis worked alongside Bekki Anderson, our Kids Ministry Director.
