The 26-year-old right winger is unlikely to re-sign with the Columbus Blue Jackets, as reported by Kevin Weekes over the NHL Draft weekend, where he was told by his camp this development. 😳

He scored 27 goals for 67 points in 76 games for the Blue Jackets in 2025-26. In the past two campaigns, he’s scored above 70 points per 82 games. Columbus ideally would want current players to help their team win now if a trade were to be conducted.
