Blueberry crumble. Mango crumble (late post) 

I haven't really done much cooking and baking recently. But this evening I felt drawn to the kitchen to make something, and when that happens, the outcome is usually great. I guess I need to be in the mood. 

Made this Blueberry crumble in the air fryer for a quick Sunday night dessert. I'd made a mango one too back in May. Unusual fruit choices for a crumble, apple being the favorite. But trust me, these softer fruit just get more gooey, jammy and the result is better than anything!! 
So low effort as well, and super quick to do. Here is a recipe for 4 ramekins. Double for a bigger batch. 

Fruit - i tossed through with honey and brown sugar. About a tbsp. 

Crumble 
3tbsp flour
Pinch cinnamon 
1 tbsp butter 
1tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp castor sugar
Mix until you have a coarse crumb
Top the fruit with this and air fry for 8 min!
