Meet our amazing Recruitment Directors Olivia Davis andKirra Murphy! Olivia is a Nursing major from Simpsonville, SC. Kirra is a news media and communications major from Babylon, NY.

“As one of the Recruitment Directors, I have the opportunity to collaborate with so many executive and cabinet members in Theta to help create a positive recruitment experience for everyone going through the process. I get to work closely with our Vice President of Membership and the other Recruitment Directors to plan themes, develop content, and prepare for recruitment. I can’t wait to welcome this year’s PNMs home to Theta!!

Running home to Theta was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! I was so lucky to meet my big during Sisterhood Round of recruitment, and from that moment on, Theta truly became my home. Theta has allowed me to connect with and meet incredible people from all over. This past year, I was so excited to add to my sorority family by welcoming my little! I have made so many unforgettable memories in Theta, and I can’t wait to make even more!”

From choreographing TikTok dances in my bedroom to painting décor and carefully curating Pinterest boards so we have a vision of what we hope to bring to life, every part of the process has been so rewarding.
