This year has been one of a lot of personal and professional growth even though from the outside, so much stayed the same. Fewer “milestones” than the last 6 years, but I’ve learned SO much. Like how I stopped trying to pick one identity, finally called my decade of boutique fitness obsession what it actually is (expertise), and got real about the days the mom guilt still wins even when everyone else calls it “balance.”
