TCB: The Toni Cade Bambara School of Organizing, Louis Massiah and Monica Henriquez’s film on the writer, teacher, and organizer Toni Cade Bambara, opens for virtual viewing July 30. 

Author Marita Golden, who spoke at our Toni x 2 program, called it exactly the kind of film we need right now — “very inspiring,” and a recognition of “a really important writer activist who speaks to us across the years.”

Watch from home, any time, July 30 through August 30. $5 ticket, with the option to give a little extra to support the work.
