## Caption

While sports can create extraordinary feelings and phenomenal moments, it is crucial to illustrate the realities that occur behind the scenes. Athletes can often feel strenuous pressure and anxiety from the stresses that come with competing in their craft. Athletes across Delaware have come together in support of Morgan's Message to promote the normalization of mental health in sports and the importance of improving support outlets. Aiming for equal treatment in mental and physical health, it is essential to break the stigma surrounding mental health. Compassion, understanding, and transparency will function as the glue to keep our society healthy and strong.

Big thank you to Mike Owner of Outtrain Performance for all the support and assistance in this process.

Finally, an enormous thank you to the exceptional athletes who helped portray Morgan's meaningful message, words cannot describe the lasting impact you all have made.
