Head Coach Juanita 
Juanita fell in love with lacrosse as a freshman, earning a collegiate scholarship in 2020. A former midfielder, she brings experience on both sides of the field into her third season of coaching. Juanita has coached 3rd–4th grade and high school JV, focusing on building skills, confidence, and a lifelong love for the game.🥍💛

Assistant Coach Cheyenne Lentz
🥍 A Marietta native, Cheyenne played at Hillgrove HS before competing D1 at Longwood University. She found her love for coaching with 404 Heat and is passionate about helping young athletes grow in skill, confidence, and love for the game. 💪🔥

Assistant Coach Emma
Emma is a senior at Harrison High School and has been playing lacrosse for over 9 years! She’s a varsity player, club competitor, and longtime supporter of the Hoya youth program. Emma loves helping young players build skills, confidence, and a true love for the game. She’s excited to bring her energy and passion back to the field this season! 🥍💙

Assistant Coach Hayley
Hayley has been playing lacrosse for 12 years and has always been involved with the Hoya youth program. She brings positivity, encouragement, and tons of experience to every practice and game. Hayley is passionate about inspiring the next generation to grow as athletes, teammates, and leaders—while having fun along the way! 💪✨
