More than a half-dozen vehicles went up in flames along a single New Jersey block overnight, apparent casualties of downed power lines from Tuesday's storms, fire officials said Wednesday.

Video released by the Hackensack Fire Department showed a dramatic scene in Hackensack, with multiple vehicles blazing in the dark of night. A fallen utility pole sat stretched across the road nearby.

Authorities are looking into what made the utility pole fall, but neighbors believe it to be weather-related.
