DISCUSSION: Florida State grabbed Texas’s Tre Wisner and Florida Atlantic’s Gemari Sands via the transfer portal, as well as former four-star prospect Amari Thomas in the recruiting class.

The Seminoles are very high on the potential of sophomore back Ousmane Kromah, plus redshirt junior Sam Singleton Jr. seems to be a forgotten piece in the mix.

Florida State added assistant coach Kam Martin to its staff, and he has produced a 1,000+ yard rusher in each of the past four seasons. This should mean good news for contributors such as Kromah and Wisner.

The Seminoles played “musical chairs” with the running back rotation last year, but hopefully with a new position coach and an influx of talent, that the program will see the benefits of a productive and consistent running game.
