Join us for jamJamStrawberry: Strawberry Sweets at Deering Estate! An immersive, durational performance by the experimental collective jamJam Strawberry, featuring Sony Mao and Emile Milgrim with participation of original dropbox contributor Øivind Idsø and Tokyobased, sound artist and singer Moskitoo (a.k.a. Sanae Yamasaki) and media support by Barron Sherer and Freddy Jouwayed.

Originally formed as a longdistance collaboration between Miami and Tokyo based artists, the project developed through the exchange of digital audio files, shaping a distinctive language of soft electronics, granular synthesis, and post-digital sound textures. This performance presents an extended sonic environment that includes the premiere of a new installment in the Strawberry Sweet series, alongside earlier works. Incorporating electroacoustic percussion, live processing, and collaborative structures, the program unfolds as a continuous perceptual field bridging digital precision and human presence. jamJamStrawberry is an experimental collaboration originating in early network-based music exchange between Sony Mao and Sawako. Known for its hybrid of granular synthesis, glitch aesthetics, and distributed collaboration, the project continues as a live and evolving performance platform integrating additional collaborators and expanded instrumentation.
