Attempt 101 isn’t just about losing weight. It’s about rebuilding my confidence, changing my mindset, healing my relationship with myself and proving that I can keep a promise to me. This journey isn’t perfect. There are hard days, setbacks, moments where I question myself, and days where I don’t feel like showing up. But I’m still here.
