Dragonfruit Rum Smash

Ingredients:
(makes one serving)
• ¼ c pink dragonfruit, fresh or frozen
• 2 oz. Kōloa Kaua'i White Rum
• 1 oz fresh-squeezed lime juice
• 3 oz fizzy coconut water
• Fresh dragonfruit and/or kiwi slices for garnish
• Sprig of mint for garnish

Directions:
Muddle the dragonfruit until it releases its vibrant color. Add the rum and lime juice, fill with ice, and top with fizzy coconut water. Garnish with fresh dragonfruit, kiwi, and mint.
