A Red Flag Warning is in effect from 2 p.m. Monday through 9 p.m. Tuesday for Southern Oregon and portions of Del Norte and Siskiyou counties.

Gusty winds up to 25 mph are expected, with shifting wind directions.

Help protect communities and firefighters by using extra caution outdoors:
🔥 Avoid mowing or using equipment that can create sparks.
⛓️ Secure towing chains and check trailer equipment.
🚭 Never discard cigarettes on the ground.
🚗 Do not park on dry vegetation.
