Protecting lives includes puppies. 🐶

Earlier this month, while fighting the 3-1 Pit Fire in Lassen County, a CAL FIRE crew member found six puppies in the fire area.

The uninjured puppies were brought to a supervisor and transferred to a local shelter, where they began receiving care.

Protecting lives means looking out for every member of the community, even the four-legged ones.
