A Mornay Sauce is a Bechamel Sauce with grated cheese added.  We used Parmesan, Gruyère is also a great addition.  It is quick, easy and glorious!  Details below… -1/3C Unsalted Butter -1/3C All Purpose Flour, we added a bit more -1C Whole Milk -1C Heavy Cream -1C Parmesan Cheese -1tsp Salt -1/2tsp Garlic Powder -1/4tsp White Pepper **Sauce Pan, Medium Heat **Add Butter, melt **Add Flour and whisk to make a roux **Add Milk and Heavy Cream, whisk until it thickens as shown, we added more milk **Remove from heat **Add Cheese and Spices, whisk well, taste and adjust as you like **We added this sauce to the Chicago Style Bolognese we posted yesterday #mornaysauce #bechamel #sauce #3piecesofpecan #fyp
