Dinner for 4……tastes like Bolognese but done in about 30 minutes.  We love pasta and this one is firmly in the rotation!  Give it a try and let me know what ya think.  Details below -1lb Ground Beef -1 White Onion, diced -3-4 Cloves Garlic, minced -Olive Oil, however much you like -2-3T Tomato Paste -3/4C Passata or crushed tomatoes -1C Heavy Cream -1 Carrot, finely grated -2T Crushed Red Pepper Flakes -3T Italian Seasoning -Pinch of grated Nutmeg -Salt and Pepper as you like -1/2C Parmesan Cheese, grated -1lb Pasta of choice -1/2C Pasta Water **Saucier, medium heat, add olive oil **Add onions, we go about 8 minutes **Move onions to side and add beef in middle, break up and brown **Make room in middle, add tomato paste, let it cook 2-3 minutes **Add garlic, bring it all together **Add Tomato Sauce, Carrots, mix well **Add all seasonings **Add Heavy Cream **Move heat to Simmer and let it cook **Good time to cook pasta **Add Parmesan, taste it and adjust as you like **Add cooked pasta to sauce **Bring together, add pasta water, bring together **Top with more Parm and enjoy #pasta #bolognese #dinneridea #3piecesofpecan #fyp
