Also, it's funny how pregnancy has a way of bringing you back to the things you loved most as a kid. 😋 

Chicken feet and okra stew will always have a special place in my heart.

Recipe 👇🏾

* 1 lb chicken feet
* ¼ cup olive oil ( or red palm oil )
* 2 onions, minced
* 4 garlic cloves, minced
* 2 tbsp fresh grated ginger
* 1–3 Scotch bonnet or habanero peppers, minced
* 2 tbsp tomato paste
* 1 (14.5 oz) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
* 1 quart chicken stock
* 1½ lbs fresh okra, sliced
* 1 tbsp cubeb pepper (or black pepper)
* Salt to taste
* Your favorite all-purpose seasoning (I used the one from the video )
