Cajun Inspired Rice and Sausage:

-1 pack Cajun Style Andouille Sausages
-1 pack family size pre-cooked rice
-1 yellow onion
-1 bell pepper
-Roughly 2 cups chicken bone broth
-One box or can of black beans
-Cajun Spice mix to preference (if serving to younger kids who don’t love spicy foods, take out their portion before adding spices or opt for a mild fajita spice mix instead- similar spices but less heat)
