Where the eyes go, the body weight goes… 

Friction is the enemy of speed. On many occasions, goalies do not get their backside hip and shoulder through on T- drives because of a drag with their push foot. Great work here by mattminchak of getting his eyes to the stick blade and driving into the lead hip. This, essentially, allows his back hip to snap through and leads to a quick set with his push foot. An early set provides for a strong read of the shot release and a balanced, effective save.
