અમદાવાદના ગોમતીપુર વિસ્તારમાં મોડી રાત્રે જાહેર રસ્તા પર થયેલી મારામારીનો CCTV વીડિયો સોશિયલ મીડિયા પર વાયરલ થતાં શહેરમાં કાયદો અને વ્યવસ્થાને લઈને ફરી ચર્ચા શરૂ થઈ છે. વાયરલ વીડિયોમાં ચાર શખ્સો એક વ્યક્તિને ઘેરીને નિર્દયતાથી માર મારતા જોવા મળી રહ્યા છે. હુમલાખોરો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો ડર રાખ્યા વગર જાહેર રસ્તા પર હુમલો કરતા હોવાના દ્રશ્યો CCTVમાં કેદ થયા છે. જોકે, હુમલાનું ચોક્કસ કારણ હજુ સુધી સામે આવ્યું નથી. વીડિયો વાયરલ થતાં ગોમતીપુર પોલીસ તાત્કાલિક હરકતમાં આવી છે અને CCTV ફૂટેજના આધારે હુમલાખોરોની ઓળખ તેમજ ધરપકડ માટે તપાસ શરૂ કરી છે. પોલીસે તમામ આરોપીઓને ઝડપી કાયદેસરની કાર્યવાહી કરવાની ખાતરી આપી છે. આ ઘટના બાદ શહેરમાં જાહેર સુરક્ષા અને કાયદો-વ્યવસ્થાને લઈને ફરી અનેક સવાલો ઊભા થયા છે.
