For Aree, wellness was never just a career path. It was a lifestyle that fundamentally shaped who she is. Her approach to community is rooted in a genuine passion for health, movement and human connection.

A Los Angeles, California transplant, it was love at first day at Woodside. The warmth of its people, the pride of its community and a city that felt like home from the very start. When she’s not building community, you’ll find her at social gatherings or front row in a Group Fitness class, because she firmly believes the most meaningful connections happen sweating side by side. The energy of music and movement is her love language.
