Porsche AG used this 1997 911 Carrera 2 as a factory color development car while preparing the 996 generation.

Finished in Jungle Green Metallic over Natural Brown full leather, it connects the final air-cooled 911 directly to the colors Porsche was developing for its water-cooled successor.

Its internal role is documented by the original Porsche AG paperwork and official Production Specification.
