This greenhouse started as a simple idea - I wanted a space that felt calm. Somewhere I can stretch, sip coffee, breathe, and reset between intense training sessions.

The building blocks to longevity in sport are no different than in life itself. Good sleep, solid nutrition, and access to where humans are meant to exist - in nature. 🌱 So, I brought a slice of nature to my backyard to start every day with the sun 🌞
