I planted a pole for the first time in four months yesterday! I have been rehabbing a shoulder impingement incessantly this off season and pre-season, delaying jumping as long as possible. It’s still not 100%, but it’s at a point we can work with it, and I feel encouraged after yesterday’s practice. I’m not sure what indoor season may look like for me, but I’m going to keep listening to my body and take it one day at a time. I’m thankful for the support around me, helping me through to whatever comes next! #Onward #wedontquit #pumafam #athletics
