A 26-year-old man in Wales was fined after climbing onto a hospital roof dressed in a hooded costume and carrying what looked like a scythe, frightening patients and staff. He stayed on the roof for about 50 minutes before police arrested him. The man later pleaded guilty to causing a disturbance and had also been convicted of two earlier shoplifting incidents.
