I’m not just a personal trainer—I’m a coach who shows up. I want to see my athletes perform, compete, and prove the work we put in together.

Seven weeks ago, I started working with Elijah Campbell and his fastest 60-yard dash was **7.45**. Today at the MBP Atlanta Showcase, I was there to warm him up and watch him put that work on display.

First run: **7.13**
Second run: **7.00**

A **.45-second improvement in under 2 months.** The goal isn’t finished yet… next stop: **breaking 7.00.** ⚾️🔥
