Every drive ServerPartDeals sells runs through this: eight racks, 40 45Drives Storinator XL60s, 60 bays each. A 20TB drive takes about 30 hours to clear QA.

We brought a few bad drives to try to stump it, including one with a coffee stain. The algorithm caught them fast. Drives that throw an error turn amber on the Grafana grid and get graded down instead of tossed.
