This is my nephew Sterling. He’s fought one of the toughest battles imaginable… and today, I finally get to share some good news..

May 2024 he was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. I’m sharing his story with his permission and his parents to raise awareness and share how our family overcame such a life altering event.

Through this treatment he has remained the bright little boy you’ll see in these photos. So please stick around, share your stories and check out our go fund me for updates. https://gofund.me/a3ecd271b

Sterlings last day of treatment was last month! We are officially in recovery! The smile on his face knowing this would be the last time they would “make him sleep” (even though checkups are every month) his port was removed and it’s time to heal!

The doctors cleared him to start sports.. And because he watched his super cool aunty train in boxing for the last 2 years, he wanted to try it out for himself! He instantly loved the sport and so we signed him up.

My #1 supporter always!

With the raising rate of children’s cancer it begs the question.. why? Why are more and more children being diagnosed? Why our family? How do we manage this?

I stepped up for him. I showed up to hospital appointments so his mom could listen to the doctors and I could distract him and play with him.. I would say we are trauma bonded 😂 but I would trade places with him in a heartbeat if I could. I will always be there for him in anyway I can.

He graduated kindergarten and starts 1st grade in a few days

I make all his costume dreams come true with lots of sewing and fabric glue.. 👻

Why do we document everything? Maybe to remember the struggles, maybe to better explain to him what he went through, maybe to share our experiences with other families.. I don’t know if it’s right and maybe I will delete later.. I just want to support him how I can.

Trust in God! I truly believe he has a
