Loaded burger bowls for when I’m craving a burger with out the buns🍔 these bowls are loaded with fries, ground beef, and all the toppings that usually go into a burger, making it the perfect weeknight dinner!
Ingredients

For the fries:
* 4 medium russet potatoes, cut into thin fries
* 1 tbsp avocado oil
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp paprika
* 1½ tsp seasoned salt (I used Johnny’s)
* ½ tsp black pepper

For the beef:
* 1 lb ground beef
* ½ tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp salt
* ½ tsp black pepper
* 1–2 tsp yellow mustard

Burger sauce:
* ½ cup mayonnaise
* 2 tbsp ketchup
* 1 tsp yellow mustard
* 1 tbsp pickle juice
* 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles

For the bowls:

* 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
* 1 large tomato, diced
* ½ medium white onion, diced
* Shredded cheddar cheese
* Sliced pickles

Instructions

1. Slice the potatoes into fries and soak them in a bowl of ice water for 15–20 minutes. Drain well and pat completely dry with paper towels.
2. Toss the potatoes with avocado oil, garlic powder, paprika, seasoned salt, and black pepper. Air fry at 400°F for 20–25 minutes, shaking the basket every 7–8 minutes until they’re crispy and golden.
3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and season with garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and yellow mustard. Cook until browned and slightly crisp around the edges.
4. Whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, and chopped pickles until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
5. Start with chopped romaine, then add the crispy fries, seasoned beef, shredded cheese, tomatoes, onions, and pickles. Finish with a generous drizzle of burger sauce.

Makes 3–4 servings
