After 12 years in fashion and traveling the world, designer Charon Richardson kept seeing the same problem: women her size weren’t being offered the fun, colorful, expressive fashion she wanted to wear.
And behind the scenes? She was often the only female designer in the room designing for women. So she CHANGED that.
Charon built her own company around bold prints, beautiful color, inclusivity, and the belief that fashion should allow every woman to express herself. gwanbycharon 
Her advice to the next generation of creatives is just as powerful:
Follow your own instincts. Don’t let the trends or the world dictate what you create.
