DEVELOPING 🚨: Thanks to a vigilant citizen, a suspect is in custody in connection to the start of the Old Trails Road Fire in Spokane, Washington. 37-year-old Aaron Farinacci was taken into custody by the Spokane County Sheriff's Office on Monday evening, after a concerned citizen saw Farinacci nervously bending near the ground shortly before smoke started to rise from the area.
